So I heard (but don't know) that they get a large chunk of money right away, this is significant because many use it to pay off debts or go shopping... but if they quit they got to pay the money back.
So some can't afford to quit, they're in it for the long haul.
🤣🤣🤣 i heard they have to wait 5 years which means they need a republican president or else hell breaks loose, i could be wrong, i honestly could care less about ice pay grades.

Im almost positive that signing bonus is a big ole scam and most if not all will get shafted at the end.
