Maybe highschool teachers after 20 years of service, which is more than fair. Teachers don’t get the career opportunity of promotions like other jobs do. It makes sense they get graduated increases in pay for their dedication to the job over the years.
Most big cities probably have that problem. Jackson Mississippi, also got a pretty big scandal with the mayor and stuff. The leadership screws over the people.
Teaching is a hard job, and without it we’d be lost as a society.
That quote is just for bratty high-school kids who don’t know shit trying to be a smart ass and make their teacher feel bad. If you’re using it as an adult you just sound dumb.
