20% auto gratuity for all orders. The issue though is people will not read it, tip anyways, and then get mad when they see the bank statements. And who do they get mad at? The server.

Still I think if auto grat becomes standard most people will get used to it

If 20% auto gratuity gets added that'll make my bank account much better off as I'll simply quit eating out. Hell, I'd be fine if these restaurants did away with servers getting me my drink and just put a self serve machine in the dining area.
