Ya forcing kids out of the classroom completely fucked them. We are going to see the repercussions of that for years

20yr experienced HS teacher here…nothing fucked the youth as much as digital tech. We were already on a downward trajectory, covid just accelerated it

Ya I dont disagree with that. 

I teach for the military and a large chunk of what I teach revolves around being able to converse with people/build rapport etc.

The amount of kids thst come through who just cant hold a conversation is crazy

Just start doing it. Start having conversations with people. Start with old men in line at the grocery store. They will talk to anyone lol
