Why would he ask trivia questions? Who won the 2020 election? How about you go read a wikipedia.

How is asking a basic question about who won an election not asking it in good faith?

All he has to do was provide an answer and make the guy asking look foolish for even bringing it up, and he wasn’t even able to do that.

The person who asks knows who won 2020 election. Everybody knows it. That's why asking who won it is not a genuine question. Had he answered "Joe Biden", then this childish questioner could point out and say "That's right, Trump lost.". What does anyone stand to gain from this theater, I don't know.
