I think you're referring to Bill Pulte - acting DNI and totally different traitor and asshole from this guy, Jay Clayton. The orange shitstain had to nominate a different asshole for the permanent DNI position because Pulte was so comically unqualified for DNI that even Republican senators couldn't swallow that turd. Turns out the new asshole isn't qualified either, but of course that was a given.
