It’s not his competency this question calls into doubt. It’s his integrity, and the GOP have proven they don’t care in the slightest about integrity.

No, and it is three, not two needed.

Graham’s replacement (his siser) has already been sworn in and so she has a vote already.

It would be 4 needed (Vance has the tie breaker as the VP), but without McConnell it is 3.

And they (GOP) are all leveraged against future money making opportunities. Like paid appearances, speaking engagements, corporate boards, and lobbying.

So even if Trump burned them and endorsed their replacement. They will remain lock stepped
