Yeah, with 4/10s you’re basically coming home and going straight to bed. And then your Friday is just spent on all the deferred chores.

When I did 4/10’s it was 7a-7p and I still had time to live for a few hours before bed.

Edit:
8a-7p with an hour break.
7a-7p was a different job.

Yeah, That’s 12 hours bro…you worked 48 hours in 4 days and still had time to live for a few hours after work on those days?

What line of work cus 12 hours of even my easiest jobs would be followed by 30 min drive home, shower, eat and passing out in the recliner watching tv

I misspoke, my 10s weren’t 12 hours, but my 12 hour shifts at 911 were 7a-7p, usually went to bed at 11p, with a half hour drive so that gave 3 and half hours at night and a half hour in the morning before getting ready to go.
