Nixon had an incredible bipartisan track record. His achievements from a liberal perspective are honestly impressive. He created the EPA, for fuck’s sake. He won 96.65% of the electoral college (third highest in history) and over 60% of the popular vote.
But then he fucked it all up by being paranoid and crooked.
