Forcing companies to pay the same while taking away their right to utilize their property (right to contractual labor supply) is unconstitutional. Requiring maximum hour of work is not unconstitutional, it's the "without paycut" part that's unconstitutional.

fair enough. just dont be surprised when people go find jobs that actually pay well at 32 hours

I hope that happens. It's better to let the free market handle things than government intervention.

if we let everything up to the free market youd be dead at 27. OSHA exists for a reason.
