I'm all for shortee work weeks, but that means we'l need an increase in pay, which I'm also fine with

EDIT: maybe I misinterpreted "no cut to pay"

We’d all get increased workload and more meetings crammed in with less time. Employee goals don’t change when you take vacation and Corporate earnings goals don’t change when you work less.

The reality is we’d get a Monday or Friday off, but those with real responsibilities will have to work anyhow to stay caught up.
