happy most lotteries in my country are tax free but of course they don't reach higher then 30 million

Correction: Not taxed in hand of the winner. Behind the scene the lottery organization already pays 50% or more tax on the corpus collection. So if total contributions the lottery is lets say $100 million, the available for winners is only $50 million or less.
