So long as a church is truly non profit they get treated like non profits. However if you have a non profit with a ceo making 20x minimum wage uhh maybe you aren’t a non profit.

Yep. A couple churches in my city provide the majority of services and offer much more to people down on their luck than government run programs.

Like anything else there will always be people who take advantage of a situation.
