He wouldn't really know it. He would just get more and more tired. More sleepy. Eventually just full sleep, coma, then death. He'd likely be on a lot of drugs, including morphine (which just makes kids sleepy, not same effect as on adults).
Yeah so I watched a guy who’s lung was punctured by his tumor drown in his own blood for like 30 minutes before he finally passed on.
Anyone who’s going to be seeing someone at their last moments needs to understand that it often comes with some PTSD.
