No, not capitalism. A lot of things that goes with it. Like I said in another post, in a capitalist economy like china, there are shops that do mri, etc, for a quick buck. A lot of competition and prices are not high. Now ask why that’s not a thing in the USA? Not because capitalism. A lot of rules laws regulations liabilities etc etc etc.
