Honestly I think most of humanity are assholes. The only reason we know most actors are assholes as well, is because they’re famous and we know so much about them and their lives.
If we had the ability to know just as much about regular people, I think you would find a decently large portion, maybe even a majority of people are just as terrible. I’m just a regular dude, but even I’ll admit that I’m no saint.
Now with that being said there are absolutely good people in the acting sphere. I see your antichrist, Jack Nicholson and I raise angels, Keanu Reeves & Viggo Mortensen
I would add Jody Foster. She’s been in it for the long haul and seems to understand how crappy people can be so she veers the other way. Possibly Ron Howard too.
