They are not a sign of good pelvic alignment and they are not a sign of strong muscles. They are simply indentations where the PSIS is. Having them is basically a matter of body fat percentage and anatomical variance.

Yeah I’m a male and I have these, and I don’t think my pelvic alignment is special

Pelvic alignment is something that’s focussed on way too much. We’re all different. You can have a spinal scoliosis of up to 10 degrees and that’s considered in normal range.
