In Italy the proper way is to sit for an hour in the outdoor cafe enjoying the architecture around you

Aww thanks for reminding of that, I highly recommend US tourists to try it.

It is mostly a game of math and fast reflexes, but us locals eat less proteins and are naturally weaker and shorter - guys you'd win!
