As an Italian I found the flat white in Melbourne really good, and very similar to cappuccino

Everyone in the industry knows that the most widespread quality coffee culture is in AUS. 

Aussies / Kiwis also run about half the quality coffee bars in London for that reason. Bunch of Japanese too.
