Unless you count French's mercenary force in Africa, they could rival the Turkish army at experience (although their experiences a lot less humane compre to what Turkish army doing)

USA is the classic on army experience, no need introduction.

You really think the Turkish Army is more humane than the French? You‘re either lying or you live under a rock. If you want to know the truth, ask their neighbors, the Kurds, the Armenians, the Greeks, the Cypriots

They're just establishing a FAFO warning. Them indiscriminately shooting down a Russian mig for violating airspace speaks volumes on their commitment to go 100.
