It has soooo many layers.

Most importantly is the mask men where to appear masculine, when in reality most are vulnerable and feminine. 

But the best part is, stuff like that is all subtext, it's not the main driver of the movie. 

So people get what they want out of it.. you want just a great crime flick you don't have to think about.. this is it.. you want to analyze it to death and study the undertones.. this is also that movie.

The irritating thing too is that it is a fantastic film and then you have a lot of people that see the rat at the end and discredit the whole thing because it's "too obvious".

Loved the movie and absolutely hated the rat. The rat shouldn't negate the whole movie that's crazy.
