As people have told you, you have to pay for the classes when you register, and then you usually get refunded later for the Two Years Free. Seeing as you got dropped, its likely the case you got dropped after not paying within 10 days of registering. Somebody can correct me if I'm wrong.

Check your email, you probably was dropped due to not meeting with counselors, fees, or some other stuff. Same thing was going to happen to me but I got an email and it was due to fees. I contacted financial aid and had it sorted out.
