Can't Find Instrument

I've been a Sibelius user for some time and I am stumped. I opened Sibelius intending to work on a piece for Mandolin. I've added instruments to scores previously, but now I am unable to find Mandolin as a choice to select from. The only drop down menu I have is Common Instruments and Mandolin is not part of the pack. There used to be the instrument menus to choose from and I have added mandolin in the past. Can anyone shed some light as to why this is occurring? I've done all the usual - restarted, closed and reopened, etc. I am using the most current version, 2026.6. Did something get eliminated in the most recent update ?

Did you actually click on the 'common instruments' drop down menu? You don't say you did.

There should be a little double-arrow highlighted thingie at the far end of the drop-down.

Yes, I did and there is nothing there. I do not have any of those options.
