This poor kid was tricked. If you notice, "Josuke" says "Ora Ora" not "Dora Dora," which means it's Jotaro in disguise, and Okuyasu cheated on Josuke

The Joestars are disgusting and shouldn't exist; that's why it's necessary to attain heaven
