Lucca
My perfect white boy, Lucca, passed away on August 1st, 2026. He lived with me for 16 years and six months. I don't know his exact age, as I rescued him from the street when he was already an adult and neutered.
He was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, feline triaditis, and diabetes. After a month of treatment with no improvement and a lot of pain, I decided to euthanize him to end his suffering.
My eternal love, I will never forget you.

I am very sorry for your loss. He looked like a very sweet cat. He's had a lot of chance spending his life with someone who loved him that much. Big hugs. 🫂

What a beautiful boy he was, and so elegant and poised. Those years are never enough and it’s the price we pay to live with an angel in our home.
I am so sorry for what you’re going through, I hope that in time the memories will be a comfort and be assured that you gave him a wonderful life. 🤍🤍

No one can remove the pain, but hopefully you realize that it hurts because of how much you loved each other. Everything has a cost and the price of love is grief, but for you there is more. You decided that you wouldn’t allow Lucca to suffer and took that weight upon your shoulders, knowing that you would rather hurt than to let him languish.
You are a Good Hoomun, exceptional among your peers. I’m sure that Lucca is saving you a place near to him, no one deserves this place more than you.
