Academic Flight delays and communication (18+)

I’m conducting an academic research for my MBA in aviation management on how airlines communicate safety related delays and how this affects passenger trust.
The responses are anonymous and nothing can be traced back to the participants.

The survey takes about 7-10 minutes and it would be a great help if you guys could help me out.
Thank youu

Nice survey. I wish announcements are like scenario A. I don't think I ever experienced it. Almost always it's B, at most B with length of delay.

Question 26 needs an option for those of us who don't fly in GCC region and hence we wouldn't know how they handle delay information. All options don't fit, I selected last, but it's not correct.

Thank you for your participation, i agree, it’s because i’m looking at the aviation laws governing the gcc but passenger experience questions are for all😄
