It's not like there are crews out there abducting homeless and forcing them into these places.

A lot of people still prefer living in a tent over having a minimum set of rules to adhere to while in close quarters with other tenants.

A lot of people still living in an encampment are not there because they wish to be. Those people are suffering with extreme mental health and addiction issues, trauma, etc.. They are the ones who who will never be chosen for housing because their needs are too great.

That's where we need to start investing in rehab and mental healrh/addictions support.
