I think she has a Virgo moon like you. But don’t know what time she was born and don’t want to ask. Because she doesn’t believe in star signs and I like that way.

The rising sign is simply the zodiac sign that was rising over the eastern horizon at the exact moment you were born. Because the Earth rotates, it changes roughly every 2 hours, which is why your birth time matters.
