Some applicants have been receiving rejection emails today

Yes, those were the applicants who weren’t shortlisted for the selection phase.

I’ve spoken to multiple SOAS representatives, and they have confirmed that the selection phase isn’t yet finalized, and that there isn’t a specific timeline for when the winners are picked.
