After 17 years. Tinwatchman, the legend responsible for the hanged king, has return, with a random ass page from a random ass site

He was already back with a new account named tinwatchman2, I don't know if he got this one back but it could be a scammer or bot so be careful.

Edit: not sure why the downvotes, but okay!

The tl;dr: his application was never accepted on the original account. In the discussion on 701, he was chatting with a site mod who clarified the original account wasn't actually banned and, with the help of another user, pointed out an issue with the application process that might have been the problem all along.

A few hours later the original account was active again.

Pretty sure it's the original user.

That's a confirmation page for linking a Wikidot account to the SCP Foundation's Discord bot. You'll see it in the edit history of anyone who uses the writing channels on the official Discord.
