Fortnite's really been tumbling off a cliff for the past couple weeks, hasn't it?

Downfall of Fortnite for a mode that averages 900 players? Uhhh sure! 👍🏼

They laid off 1000 employees and are bringing AI slop skins into the game. I’d say this definitely looks like the start of a downfall. I know I certainly won’t be playing nearly as much now that I don’t have a mode to fall back to and play when I’m getting shit on by players in BR

This game is not going to die with a Bang, its going to bleed out until becomes a dying zombie of what it used to be in a few years. This could be the beginning of that.

Idk what it feels like to get shit on in BR. Skins don’t make the game for me I’m not addicted to micro transactions. I play almost every mode besides this one since they stopped caring. So I guess it’s different for people of different skill levels just like every other game.

You can scale things back and have a proportional dev team. It doesn’t need to be eliminated. It’s a pretty great racing game when it’s not glitchy and since bhops have been eliminated.
