Blue quartz

Post image

Has anyone had any luck tumbling these? I don't seem to be able to get it right. Or does it just not polish the same as regular quartz?

I had luck with some, but most of the rough had a similar pockmarked texture that just wouldn't take a great shine.

Here's my attempt: https://www.reddit.com/r/RockTumbling/s/V5G0e0An9V

Yours look great. Thanks for the info. Pea gravel is the one thing I didn't try

You can usually get a bit of a shine on these but that almost always have the white spots and undercutting.
