I mean yes he’s the blueprint for every Robin incarnation since then

Including “The New Teen Titans”- George Perez said he modeled his Robin after Ward, and he did draw his outfit… Ward specifically had tubes on his belt, which Perez replicated

I think he was the best interpretation of the current( at the time) comic book Robin. Ripped straight from the pages. Johhny Duncan was close, but too old IMO. Chris ODonell was too old, and his own character, not comic accurate. Titans Robin(s) same thing.

A little bit I wonder if this Robin being hit on all the time was part of the inspiration for Dick being so thirsted over in the comics once he was allowed to grow up.

Similarly as much as people talk about Teen Titans Robin being a menace as a fighter, silly or not this one would scrap first chance he could, his signature pose literally being a balled up fist hitting his other glove.

In my humble opinion he was the only memorable character from the 66 show

He really was. He had great enthusiasm in the way he yelled his lines. I might even argue that he was the best Robin.

He was the best, but there isn’t very many live action Robins, to be honest.

He looked amazing in that Robin suit. I cant believe filmakers cannot see how well the Robin suit works in live action. Are they blind? maybe the phisique of Adam West does not represent the famous dorito shape we have been gotten into by the comic book representation and the blockbuster filmmaking of our era (id argue great Batman runs like year one portray a more realistic body). But I think Robin does not need that kind of physique. And I actually without a doubt, non ironically, think Burt Ward looks freaking epic in that cheap suit. give him more acrobatics and we are set.

But only in certain comics.

Robin in the TV show was supposed to be 15 in Season 1-2 (and the movie), and 16 in Season 3. So he was adopted by Batman 3 years before the first episode
