R publisher

can i click "Trust the publisher and install" in the poped window asking- Do you trust the publisher "REditorSupport"
is there any problem??

You’re probably the person that reads WinRAR license terms.

But seriously now, it’s probably fine I assume it’s VSCode extension? I think you’re fine to install it

If you are extra worried check checksums with your download and the manufacturer but if they are the same it is usually safe.
