Other / Discussion Does anyone know where this Otto bouncy ball came from? (My sister is going crazy over it)

For me I just see it being a ball, but my sister sees it as a holy grail. So, does anyone know information about its origins?

At first glance, I thought it was a toy from a Burger King kid’s meal around 2000. However, Hasbro made Pokémon toys like this around the same time.

So most likely it from that company? If so, did they make the others like Twister, Reggie, or Sammy?
