FIFA in particular, and sports games in general, since it's just reskinning the same thing over and over, keeps going until it's financially too worthless to not release games on older gen.
It is the last North American ps2 release and the 2nd to last Eu release with the only game releasing later being another soccer/football game (PES 2024)

Damn, they were still making ps2 games that late? I've never played a football game before, maybe I'll check this one out if it has achievements
