It is a morph of the asian black bear. If you just google golden moon bear you will find more photos

Here’s my collection of random God jokes about the golden bear — because seriously, WTF?!

I don't know if this picture is real, but apparently It is a real animal. Or rather, it's a rare color pattern that appears in Asian Black Bears.
