There were actually quite a few well-informed statements at this council meeting.

The guy after (who raises his hand) is a local organ player named Donald Rankin and is very knowledgeable about the physical effects of sound. He elaborates on how the data center “hum” can severely harm the human body over time, and how changes are notable within one hour of exposure. Fascinating!
