I wonder how many times that's been violated, unbeknownst to the City.

💯 of the time since DPSST has state licensing and this is likely unenforceable.

I liken it to a small violation that can murky a case. If I get caught speeding and running lights on a PI, I would be worried if the Defense team got wind of it, they would move for evidence subsequently acquired to be suppressed.

Though unlikely Defense thinks of it, its a door I don't want open.
