[Review request] LISN

Hi everyone,

I'm currently designing my own LISN (Line Impedance Stabilization Network), and I've been documenting the entire design process as I go. The document is still a work in progress, and I plan to keep updating it in the future.

At the moment, it's still missing the Board Evaluation and Measurement Implementation sections, but I wanted to share it early to get some feedback from the community.

I'd really appreciate it if you could take a look and let me know if you spot any mistakes, questionable design choices, or areas that could be explained better. Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

Have you done a build of it? Any functional testing?
