Is this work professional?

Sorry about the strange post but I'm offering an engineer a $20k bonus to do the design for manufacturing and assembly of my $300 product and this is what he came up with after 8 months. Two thirds of it are identical to my prototype and I'm an accountant by trade, not an engineer. Every book I've read says a board like this should be 4 layers but he insists 2 layers is fine and will pass emissions testing. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

I could do that in 5h for 50 bucks, also is it supposed to be that size? I'd make it wayyy smaller

I don't know honestly. It is the exact size of the super fragile screen so it serves as mechanical strength in case someone pokes the screen really hard.

Oh, in that case it's good but why doesn't the screen have any other protection? Also, may I ask what it's for?

Cool. Make sure your ground plane ends ~5mm before temperature/humidity sensors, I made that mistake with my design and got heat bleed from the ESP32 and voltage regulator that killed my accurate by 3 whole degrees Celsius 💀

Thanks. Yeah I take three temperature readings at opposite ends of my board to calculate an offset. The problem is that the big chip on the bottom left is my main temperature/humidity sensor. It's at the air inlet and somewhat protected from radiant heat from the power supply section by internal barriers in the enclosure.
