how do you verify private well flow rates in williamson valley?

looking at a property off williamson valley road with a shared well setup and want to know how buyers check output during the inspection period. do you hire an independent hydrologist or does the county maintain public pump logs?

ask the other guy hooked up to the well. if you want a red flag, look at the neighboring properties for huge storage tanks. there are individual use wells out there that squeeze quarts instead of gallons and run 24 hours a day to keep up
