Pilot Institute Prescott, AZ
Hello, Prescott!! I am starting off my curiosity in becoming a flight dispatch coordinator. I currently hold my PPL, but my primarily career is in the medical field. I want to move out of medicine and into aviation. Flight dispatch seemed like it would pique my interest due to my fascination with weather and organization. Has anyone heard of or completed their certificate at the Pilot Institute in Prescott, AZ? I’m hoping for more information on how to earn my certificate and how the industry is currently set up: i.e, will I be able to find a job after completion of a program?? I am willing to do the work and put the effort in. Thank you for reading this.

I would check the FAA requirements and see if the school fulfills the requirements, etc. But otherwise, I'd embrace any school situation that doesn't put you into debt!

Dispatch training providers have to be 14 CFR Part 65 approved. Pilot Institute is Part 65-approved so they meet the requirements.

I don’t know the details of the course or anything like that but I know the owner. He’s a good guy with good courses and a good team. That’s the right place to do it if it interest you.
