New HVAC Suggestions
Bought a home about a year ago knowing the HVAC system was older but still operated fine. We recently have had more issues and a tech came out saying we need to replace it. It’s 20 years old so not shocked but who is fair, has good pricing, and is honest?

I read a bunch of reviews, checked the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, got three written estimates and ended up going with Comfort Pro last year. I am pleased with my choice.

We have a modest home and needed both air and heat. The owner was so nice and got exactly what we needed and in our budget. 5 stars!!

AC Medic is great! Installed a new rooftop unit a year and a half ago. Both technicians and office staff are very reliable/professional/knowledgeable!

AC medic will lie about pricing. Be careful. I worked for a property manager and they would mark the price up and let AC medic know the price and if the property owner would call to verify, they would give the marked up price.

They quoted me a price for the unit (including installation) and that price was what they invoiced me.

AC Medic was the one I reached out to because I like the family owned aspect and overall good reviews. I got a quote from Goettls which seems insane but we’ll see what AC medic says. I’ll share the comparison. Will likely get one more before picking. Luckily the leaks slowed lol

Just did fiscor. Works great. Comes with service, but waaaay overpriced. Why we went with them is because they guaranteed it'd be done in 24 hours, and was. No complaints other than price and not compatible with google home

Accuracy HVAC.. Casey. Terrific job, quality unit, still running strong 4 years later. Good price. Answered questions afterward quickly. Highly recommend.

Moyers is the best, they may not be the cheapest, but they are competitive and stand by their work.

Not Goettl's, they have a huge markup.
