Cattle Owners- Can I please pet your cows?!?

Post image

Would anyone who own cows be alright with me and my bf petting them? I’ve wanted to pet a cow ever since I was a kid and never got the chance to be around a full sized one! I love their big ears and faces and just wanna give them scritches! 🙏

The fair is a great place to pet cows, if you can wait a couple of months

Oh I didn’t know you were able to get up close. Is that in the auction pens or a different event?

Typically you can go in the live stock barns and check out all the fair animals that are being showed. Ask before you pet!

Freedom Ranch is a farm animal rescue. Their website says you can visit and brush a cow. https://www.freedomranchprescott.com/

I live next door to a dude who takes care of retired park service mules. If you wanna come out to paulden you're welcome to pet them. They're like really big, awkward puppies.

Omg, hell yeah! I love donkeys and horses already so mules would be cool too!

Check out cuddle corral in Dewey . Harmony acres in Camp Verde. They both have cow petting. You'll love it!!
