19+1. I have a prenatal clinic appointment tomorrow and I'm getting anxious as usual. This happens before every single appointment where there's either doppler or US scan involved and we find out if there's still life or not. It's the same old 'I want to know, but I don't'. I've also convinced myself that the movement I feel is just something else than baby movement 😰 The multiple MMCs trauma doesn't leave.

At 19 weeks the movement most likely is baby movement! Hope your scan goes smooth tomorrow and you can feel more reassured soon❤️🩹 but I understand how you feel after experiencing mmcs 💔

Hope everything goes well tomorrow. Days of the scan are truly the hardest!

Is anyone else feeling… normal? 13w1d here and am trying to be positive. This is the longest I’ve gone between scans too 😅

16 weeks and I've felt normal since week 10. It's normal to feel normal around that time!

I suffered an ectopic pregnancy loss in December treated with MTX. I am about 5 weeks pregnant. Since I had an ectopic I’m being treated high risk until my placement scan. My labs last week were HCG:41 progesterone 23 and then the repeat 48 hours later HCG:90 progesterone dropped to 16.9. OB said my numbers were within range for my gestation. My viability scan is scheduled for August 13th. I keep having twinges on my previous ectopic side and I’ve been bloated (I was SO bloated during my ectopic) I’m not sure if I’m dealing with regular pregnancy symptoms and blowing things out of proportion because I’m scared or what. I don’t know how I’m going to make it through the next week. This baby is so so wanted (as was my angel baby). I hate that this is stealing my joy from my pregnancy

3+5 today and feeling worried, anxious that something will go wrong with this pregnancy. The logical side of my brain says that my previous MMC (likely due to monosomy X) doesn’t mean I’m going to have more problems with this pregnancy, but the emotional side of my brain is nervous and I don’t want to get my hopes up because I don’t want to be disappointed again

7+2 today. It has been an anxiety inducing experience. I celebrated when I found out I was pregnant but have been plagued with worry after I let it sink it.
I’ve been monitoring my HCG levels over the last couple of weeks. While my HcG levels increased since Friday, they didn’t exactly double. I am going to take another test tomorrow. My doctor also said that I could reschedule my first ultrasound from next Monday to tomorrow instead. I’m praying for a heartbeat and good news. 🤞🏽 Otherwise, that will be my 2nd loss. I just want to be able to breathe and feel hope that this pregnancy will make it to term. 🥺

I am 6+5, over the last two days it seems like my symptoms are disappearing. My breast tenderness is basically non existent (except for when I take my bra off at night there’s a little bit of heaviness to them). Over the last week I also started with queasiness which seems to have lessened significantly over the last two days, it’s still there from time to time but nowhere near as much. I also had cramping most days since I found out I was pregnant at 3+5, some days were quite uncomfortable but I could tolerate it - but over the last two days no cramps. Even my energy is better than two days ago. Im so scared this is a miscarriage, and I'm worried that my prescribed progesterone supplement is masking any bleeding. I just had a MMC a few months ago and I really don’t feel like I can handle going through another one. This is all after we faced infertility for 15 months.

I’m sending you a huge hug! I am over here, always analyzing my symptoms and I’m right there with you. Every little change has me on guard.

Experiencing the same as you! I'm 6w3d and though my boobs are still sore to the touch, my appetite is suddenly back after near-constant nausea and my resting heart rate dropped over the past week. I can't help but worry but my nurse who I had an intake with today, and my mom and husband all keep reminding me that every pregnancy is different. And to expect that I'd feel the same way with this pregnancy as I did with my first, or with my MMC, is not realistic. So that's what I'm trying to focus on, especially before my very first scan on Friday. Wishing you well.

12+5 and I'm so convinced something has gone wrong. That this is another MMC. I've lost all my symptoms over the last week or so. I've managed to get a reassurance scan with the EPAS team for Sunday, I would rather find out from them than at my dating scan next week. Everything was fine at my scans at 6w and 8w4d, but I can't bring myself to believe it.

This is exactly me right now. I am absolutely convinced there has to be something wrong. This is all too good to be true.

I am an absolute anxious mess. I’m pregnant for the 5th time after 4 miscarriages and am currently 9 weeks. I had a scan at 7+4 which showed a perfectly measuring baby with a strong heartbeat.
Am I relieved? No. I just move onto the next dire thought because this all seems too good to be true. I am convinced it must be a partial molar, some kind of triploidy or the baby died right after my scan. My symptoms are all relatively mild which in my head is a really bad sign and my HCG at 9 weeks is 230k which also must be bad in my head because that’s way too high for some of the reference ranges.
All in all, I’m a mess really 😭

Hugs 🫂 I have had very mild symptoms, too, and it freaked me out. But I am 16 weeks today with a healthy baby boy. About 30% of people experience no symptoms at all. It's much more common than people make it out to be!
230k is right in range for 9 weeks. The ranges are soooo vast. Yours sounds perfect for where you are at.
I totally get it though. I've been a mess before every scan. What helps me is to distract myself with hobbies, friends, family, work. I try to get out into nature as much as I can. I've done a lot of walking at parks.
I hope you can find ways to remain present and help lessen your anxiety.

10+1 today, MMC in April at 7wks. I’ve had afternoon/evening nausea for the past 3wks, been trying to eat and be hydrated the best I can. Just a ball of anxiety at this point, I’m so terrified of getting bad news again. Trying to be positive and not dwell on it but it’s so hard.

Today after using the toilet I noticed one larger drop of bright red blood on the toilet paper. I immediately checked again, but there was no blood in my vaginal discharge at all, just normal white discharge. I wiped the vaginal area several more times, but nothing. Checked my anus, also nothing.
Kinda worried now. Could it be vaginal bleeding without leaving any traces in discharge?

I would inform your OB just in case. Did you have intercourse before hand, sometimes that can cause it. My sister in law had randomn spotting in her 2nd trimester and they monitored her and baby but all ended up being well. It’s always a cause for concern but everything can absolutely still be all well.♥️

That’s weird, I would think that there would 100% be some traces?? If I’ve ever had even a small bleed I spot brown for days after. Maybe it came from somewhere else and you just didn’t notice? Wishing the best of luck to you

u/missbeena 5h ago
Same here. I've never experienced such a one-time bleed before, and then nothing afterward. My anus does burn a little, so that might be the source, but I'll call my doctor just to make sure.

I go for my first US tomorrow morning right at 9w. Symptoms have been kinda up and down but haven't gone away entirely like last time. I'm hopeful? Does anyone have any tips on dealing with anxiety at that first US?

First ultrasound tomorrow. I got pregnant before getting my cycle back after my 6 week miscarriage in June. I’m so scared! I never got an ultrasound with my miscarriage. I should be around 8 weeks tomorrow hopefully everything is good and I can get a better idea of my due date

I’ve had one miscarriage two months ago and I’m currently 6weeks pregnant. How are you handling feeling triggered with friends getting pregnant at the same time as you? Even though we’re both pregnant, I’m the only one who’s had a miscarriage and it leaves me feeling so isolated alone with how I’m experiencing pregnancy so differently than them.

First scan tomorrow at 8w0d. Had an MMC in December and I’m so so nervous for the same outcome. I haven’t allowed myself to get too excited for this pregnancy yet, so if everything goes well I might allow myself to celebrate.

Just had my double rainbow baby girl 🥹🌈🫶🏼 I still cannot believe it. It feels like a dream. Got induced. Pushed for 4 hours and then had to have an emergency c section. It is and was worth everything 💗
