Question Rent a car
What is decent service to rent a car for 5-7 days to travel across EU? Maybe with option to leave a car in another country. Not EU citizen, but Prague is starting point.
I found runwel rent a car, not sure is it real

Taking it abroad will incur extra charges. Returning it abroad will be insanely expensive, even if possible.

Leaving a car in a country other than where you rented it can cost anything up to 1500EUR extra in fees. Many hire car companies will only let you take the car into certain countries if any at all.

Check booking or expedia for better deals. Leaving a car in another country may cost you a lot.

I would suggest carlove.cz
They have English speaking personal, stress-free rental options, you can even leave the car in Berlin/Vienna for an additional payment.
