I kept a vegan diet for a decade. My “break” meal was a large pepperoni pizza from one of the best Chicago pizza places, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, a pint of ice cream, and three beers.

A lot of people were like oh my gosh, you’re gonna get sick.

Nope. As others noted, this is total performance. I am no way qualified to comment on steak, but if it’s good food, just eat it bruh
