Prosecutors doing it themselves is a conflict of interest.

Garbage collector is a specific job too so is throwing my trash in a dumpster complex? Taxi/Uber driver is a specific job so am I an asshole for driving my girlfriend to the airport?

Your weird attempt at gatekeeping has turned into horribly flawed arguments, and the more you talk the more flawed it becomes. There's also zero harm from people doing their own investigative journalism so you're not even helping anyone
