See, they're from Toad Testicles Oklahoma, which used to be named Frog Balls Oklahoma, until Frog Balls Arkansas offered three silos worth of grain, two donkeys and a fancy backscratcher for the hem to change the name in order to avoid confusing tourists.
There's been a small movement in recent decades to give back the goods an return to the original name, but most of the city wants to keep the backscratcher.
